Reading list
Cardiac cells, actin and follicle experiments
The collection begins with a cardiac protein complex, then follows actin, follicle cells and the tissue that has to function afterwards.
The cardiac connection
The mouse cardiac study opens the register with a protein complex, cell migration and survival. Philp and colleagues’ hair-follicle study adds a stem-cell connection in rats, mice and rat follicle cells.
The molecular and chemical subjects
The actin-bound structure examines a constructed hybrid complex. The equine analytical paper identifies the TB-500 fragment and detects it and its metabolites. The multifunctional thymosin review supplies broader context for the full protein’s activities. These papers have distinct experimental tasks.
Function and safety
The cardiac study in mice gives migration company in survival and function. The mdx mouse study makes the arrival question harder. The healthy-volunteer Phase 1 study and musculoskeletal narrative review are useful companions when the discussion approaches human use.
